My 101/1001 Project: The 1st Thing (and Another Progress)

Posted by: Diar Adhihafsari In: Uncategorized

It’s still in the early 2008 and I’m still excited to read my 101 list every day and plan what and how to do next.

FYI, the very first thing I accomplished from my 101 list is #87.

About a year ago (31 December 2006), I decided to write a letter to myself (inserted inside a cute card - to motivate me more). What did I write, you might wonder. Things that I hoped and believed I would achieve during 2007 - getting a full scholarship to getting my master’s degree was the focal content.

You know, I laughed a little after reading the letter, comprehending that my life right after composing that letter headed to a very different path from I used to think about. And FYI again, I am no longer obsessed with the scholarship hunting thing - at least not at present.

What I’m glad of is that I didn’t feel any burden reading the letter - I mean, with the fact that my real story is way sort of different from the one stipulated on the letter. Though the real story now has never been a part of my dream, yet one thing that the letter is right - about Gorgeous Inspirations. I did manage to start the website and it still exists now ( BIG yay for me :) ).
